Contesting Social Responsibilities of Business: Experiences in Context

Our SI has three main objectives: First, we want to re-conceptualize the social responsibilities of business organizations by advancing research using a relational perspective. Second, we seek to explore and bring to the fore experiences of different forms of contestation of the social responsibilities of business. Third, we aim to highlight the role of context of these social responsibilities focusing especially on contestation in overlooked geographic settings and sites of marginalisation.

If you are working on critical perspectives on the social responsibilities of business, worker voice, resistance, community action, contestation of corporate power and related topics- this may be the place for your work!
